With the trend for invisible joints fast becoming industry standard & the quality expectations of our customers, and yours, becoming more rigorous. We knew we had to invest in new technology to improve our production quality & make the joints appear invisible.

Edgebander

Last year, we were one of the first in the UK to invest in this new technology & install the very latest Homag airTec edgebander. Our Homag edgebanders give us the capability to edge any panel product using most edgebandings from 0.3mm up to 3mm thick. We can now create a seamless finish, meaning an edged panel can be transformed into an almost solid door.

Compared to conventional gluing methods, joint tightness & moisture resistance are greatly improved with airTec technology & Dollken Fusion edgebanding. The benefits to the consumer are vast with an astonishing end product to offer.

Weeke CNC Machining Centre

Running alongside our saws & edgebanders, NESP operate a Weeke CNC machining centre for fast & reliable shaping, routing, boring, drilling and profiling of wood based panel products & laminated boards.

Matching Edging Tapes

To complement our Panel Product service, we provide matching Edging Tapes to all of our stocked panel products for applications such as kitchen cabinet & wardrobe doors etc.
